Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge, tailored styling, and proactive clienteling to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales across channels.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, manage inventory cycles (receiving, replenishment, stock movement), and support online order fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and adopt feedback to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with flexible hours (nights, weekends, peak seasons, public holidays).
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and moving across the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets and familiarity with omni-channel retail operations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
