Coach Sales Associate II position in Vancouver, British Columbia. Part-time retail role blending luxury service, omni-channel selling, and store operations; $18.25–$21.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain active relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required to support team objectives
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt professional behaviors, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion
- Proven knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Ability to lift 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- Luxury retail background, social media acumen, and experience with live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)

Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail or fashion environment. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
No specific educational qualification is required; however, fashion retail experience or training in luxury service standards is valued.
