Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Vancouver, BC – luxury retail sales role with flexible scheduling, $18.25–$21.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and adequately stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement throughout the store
- Assist teammates across functional areas as needed to support overall store performance
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, iPad/laptop operation, and walkie-talkie communication
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to read price sheets and release documentation accurately
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Preferred: experience with live-stream shopping, short-form video content creation, clienteling platforms, and data acquisition methodologies
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (specific educational requirements are flexible; experience may substitute for formal credentials).
