Coach in Vancouver seeks a part-time Sales Associate (Pacific Centre) to deliver elevated luxury service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short-form video to capture customer data and support omni‑channel transactions.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on iPad/laptop; familiarity with retail inventory processes and walkie‑talkie use.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and close sales; knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Comfortable with social selling, short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred and advantageous for clienteling and styling expectations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
