Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Vancouver, BC — deliver luxury service and drive omni-channel sales at Oakridge Park.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture client data and close transactions.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing individual sales plans aligned to team KPIs.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adapt to fluctuating customer volumes on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile selling tools (iPad/laptop; Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in video demos, live‑stream shopping or short‑form content preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail and familiarity with omni-channel selling and clienteling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or diploma in fashion, retail or related fields is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
