Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build enduring client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and bespoke recommendations.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels — including short-form video — to capture client data and facilitate omni‑channel conversions.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with leads to close sales.
  • Perform daily operational duties: transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment and receiving shipments.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and ensure stockroom is organized and stocked according to retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and asset-protection procedures while assisting teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business demand.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with POS operations and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and walkie‑talkie use.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and statutory holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ years in sales, preferably within luxury or fashion retail. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales KPIs and fostering client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
