Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Vacaville, CA — frontline retail role delivering personalized luxury service and omnichannel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through individualized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use omnichannel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset-protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; assist teammates in functional areas as required.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable product and fashion trend knowledge with awareness of key competitors.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Clienteling, social selling and data-acquisition skills; experience with live-stream shopping or product video demonstrations preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency and the ability to perform under fast-paced retail conditions.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of bending, kneeling and maneuvering throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail and omnichannel selling experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record meeting sales KPIs and proficiency with POS, clienteling and mobile devices.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer-service vocational training preferred.
