Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service that reflects Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
  • Complete daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish merchandise and maintain accurate product movement between floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain exceptional visual and housekeeping standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; implement merchandising directives and replenishment routines.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training programmes, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak retail days and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom environments.
  • Demonstrable customer-focus, interpersonal savvy and the capacity to perform under fast-paced, multitask retail conditions.
  • Strong English language proficiency required; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations are advantageous.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and peak-season periods.

Experience
