Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service and adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Sell across omnichannel touchpoints using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interest into sales.
- Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, stockroom maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and follow POS/asset protection procedures.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs and peak periods.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities while fostering a collaborative and trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems, mobile POS (iPad), and familiarity with basic computer workflows.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and customer data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend and maneuver in the sales floor and stockroom environment.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Candidates with a blend of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and work experience accepted.

Compensation
