Coach — Part‑time Sales Associate in Tulsa, OK. Deliver luxury service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling. $15.00–$19.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering personalized, elevated luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream) to capture customer data and convert engagement to sales.
- Manage day‑to‑day retail operations: process transactions, handle returns/exchanges/online pickups, cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized, and adhere to POS, asset protection and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support team performance and operational coverage across functional areas; participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion programs.
- Sustain a calm, professional demeanor on a fast‑paced sales floor and perform regular physical duties (lifting up to 25–50 lbs, climbing, bending, kneeling).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; strong client acquisition and retention capability.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1+ years in retail sales; prior luxury‑brand retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales KPIs and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in retail, fashion, or customer service is advantageous. A combination of formal education and demonstrable retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
