Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build enduring client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data, convert sales and encourage repeat business.
- Perform daily operational duties: cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked while following POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and walkie‑talkie use.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and customer data acquisition preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally within luxury retail; demonstrable experience in omni‑channel selling, clienteling and using mobile POS and social commerce to drive conversions is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The role is situated in Tulare, California, USA — conveniently close to Fresno.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
