Coach Sales Associate in Tulsa, Washington – luxury retail role with omni-channel selling, $15–$24.25/hr, part-time position
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy on the sales floor
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Lift and maneuver merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and welcome feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS platforms
- Basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, and related technologies)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1 or more years of retail sales experience, with preference for luxury retail background. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition techniques is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
