Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements into sales.
- Operate the sales floor with high energy: manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to demand, and uphold exceptional service standards.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized and stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS procedures and asset protection policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and manage product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Perform physical duties as required (regularly lift at least 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within stockroom and sales floor).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Comfort using walkie‑talkie communications and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social‑media savvy; experience with short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift regularly (25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets; prior luxury or fashion retail experience and familiarity with social selling and clienteling considered advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
