Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and exemplify the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, nurture relationships, and follow up effectively to close sales
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Collaborate with team members across functional areas to support overall store performance
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment that encourages peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism by welcoming feedback and maintaining composure in dynamic situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and ability to interpret price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering in sales floor and stockroom environments
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Experience with clienteling and customer data acquisition (preferred)
