Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through styling, product expertise and ongoing follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personalised sales plans and KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling systems to capture customer data, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support omnichannel fulfilment.
- Leverage social selling, short-form video and live demonstrations to engage customers and expand brand reach.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines while supporting inventory cycles and loss-prevention activities.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas as needed, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong command of English (required).
- Comfort with social media selling, live-stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition techniques (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and demonstrated clienteling success are preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
