Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with brand service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Engage omnichannel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture data and convert sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards—visual merchandising, organization and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functions and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping, video demos or social selling preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and maneuvering in a fast‑paced store environment.
