Coach hiring a Sales Associate in Tucson, AZ — part-time retail role at Tucson Premium Outlets delivering luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalised, elevated service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans tied to KPIs.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups while following POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receipt, replenishment, stockroom organisation and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain high energy and professionalism on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to traffic patterns.
  • Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and store-level projects; share feedback and apply coaching to improve performance.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Adhere to safety and physical requirements, including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and using walkie‑talkies.
  • Demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills; comfortable with social selling and live‑stream/video demos (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
