Coach is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) in Tucson, AZ — La Encantada. Join Coach to deliver omni-channel luxury retail service and drive clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans aligned with KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video to capture client data and convert engagement into sales.
- Execute daily store operations including cash handling, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfillment.
- Maintain merchandising and stockroom standards; follow POS, asset protection and retail compliance procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, merchandise product, and manage stock movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, contribute to brand initiatives and participate in training and inclusion programs.
- Adapt selling style to customer needs, manage multiple customers concurrently, and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills and data acquisition aptitude; social media-savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; able to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
