Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the brand.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
