Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience that reflects the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and post-visit follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video), capturing client data to support omni‑channel conversion.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), complete cash wrap duties, and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory and merchandising cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment; assist teammates in functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Adhere to health and safety, retail policies and loss-prevention protocols while keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized and presentable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS systems; basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop).
  • Ability to perform physical duties regularly: lift 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays to meet business needs.
  • Strong English proficiency required; additional language skills beneficial.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail or premium brands is preferred.

Education
