Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies, POS systems, and asset protection procedures
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-traffic situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
