Coach in Troy, MI seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail service, clienteling and omni-channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service aligned with brand styling and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close omni‑channel sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and participate in store initiatives and training programs.
- Maintain high energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment to encourage team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short‑form video to engage customers.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely navigate sales floor and stockroom.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Experience with live‑stream shopping, video demos or social selling and clienteling/data acquisition is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

The role is situated in Troy, Michigan, USA — conveniently close to Detroit.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
