Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Engage in omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms including short-form video and live-stream formats.
- Process transactions and service flows efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support store operational tasks: cash wrap management, receiving shipments, inventory processing, replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, well-stocked and presentation-ready.
- Source new customers through in-store outreach and social channels; capture client data and ensure accurate clienteling records.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor and sustain high energy during peak periods.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS solutions; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie-talkie communications.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Social-media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos and basic clienteling/data-acquisition skills (preferred).
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand experience and omni-channel/clienteling exposure are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
