Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness; ensure compliance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage strong team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors and approaches, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Experience with walkie-talkie systems and ability to interpret price sheets and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling platforms (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
