Coach Sales Associate Part-Time in Troutdale, Oregon: Drive luxury retail sales with clienteling, personalized styling, and omni-channel selling at Coach's Troutdale location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and data capture for repeat engagement
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations to meet personal and store sales goals
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to encourage repeat purchases and build client loyalty
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, follow up to close sales, and support daily store operations
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement across the store
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities to reinforce Coach's inclusive culture
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to read and understand price sheets and release information
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
