Coach in Towson, MD seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel sales and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Execute sales-driven activities including cross‑selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑streaming) to capture client data and facilitate omni‑channel conversions.
- Perform daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), replenish and merchandise stock, receive shipments and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain an organized, visually compliant sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/tablet use (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of customer-facing retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omni‑channel selling and clienteling is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs and using mobile POS and social selling channels is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
