Coach Sales Associate position in Toronto, ON. Part-time retail role blending luxury service with omni-channel selling; $17.60–$22.00/hr CAD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet personal and store KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked whilst adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment to encourage collective performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred. Experience with POS systems, mobile point-of-sale technology, and clienteling platforms is advantageous. Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations are desirable.
Education
A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered in lieu of formal educational requirements.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
