Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst upholding service standards
  • Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required; foster a collaborative, trust-based environment that encourages team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain composure in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods, and public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
