Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom in accordance with retail policies
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt professional behaviors, and maintain composure in high-pressure environments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Physical ability to work at a fast pace, lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (Preferred)
  • Experience with clienteling and data acquisition practices (Preferred)

Experience
