Coach in Toronto (Scarborough Town Centre) seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury customer service, drive sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and delivering tailored recommendations.
  • Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions and convert online interest into store sales.
  • Support omnichannel operations: process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
  • Receive shipments, execute inventory cycles, maintain stockroom organisation and assist with product movement and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines; keep sales floor and stockroom clean and well-stocked.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and to develop personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.

Experience

Minimum of one year in a sales role, preferably within luxury or fashion retail. Demonstrated track record of clienteling, meeting sales targets and operating retail POS and inventory systems. A combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
