Coach is hiring a Sales Associate III in Toronto, Ontario — part‑time retail role at Toronto Eaton Centre delivering personalized luxury service and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Drive individual and store sales through proactive clienteling, cross-selling, upselling and tailored styling recommendations.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Manage floor operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, retail policies and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors to maintain professional standards.
  • Maintain physical readiness for retail tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor/stockroom).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational proficiency with POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie use.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy; experience with social selling, short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
