Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Toronto, Ontario. Deliver luxury clienteling, omni-channel sales and elevated in-store service for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences through styling advice, product expertise and sustained relationship-building.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet personal and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; proactively source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and service standards.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.
- Perform physical duties as required: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and kneel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping, video demos or short-form video is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks required by retail operations.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Practical experience with mobile POS, clienteling and omni-channel/social selling is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
