Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and curated recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture customer data and convert engagement into sales.
- Manage daily store operations: transact purchases/returns/exchanges, process online order pickups, and support inventory cycles (receiving, replenishment, stockroom movement).
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, floor replenishment, presentation and asset‑protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative and trust‑based environment and contribute to team KPIs.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and local marketing activities; adopt feedback and continuously refine selling behaviours.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier loads (up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and stockroom management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate POS and Mobile POS systems; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Social‑media savvy with experience or comfort in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video product demos (preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Able to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical retail duties.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social media commerce is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail training preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
