Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalised client experiences through styling, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling systems and social/short-form video platforms to capture client data and convert transactions, including online order pickups.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap transactions, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor standards and stockroom organisation; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Source and follow up with prospective clients, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training, inclusion activities and peer coaching to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including regular lifting and stock movement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie communications and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media literacy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and data acquisition are preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior experience within luxury or premium fashion retail preferred, with demonstrated success meeting personal sales targets and using clienteling/omnichannel tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
