Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, expert product knowledge, and fashion guidance
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video content) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source and acquire new customers, nurture relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and floor presence; manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and optimal stock levels in both sales floor and stockroom areas; comply with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain professional composure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read pricing and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Preferred: Luxury retail experience, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition capabilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule accommodating nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience
