Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Tigard, OR (Washington Square). Deliver personalised luxury service and drive omni-channel sales for Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert leads.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high‑energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling approach to business needs.
  • Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organised and merchandised.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; provide and receive constructive feedback to foster team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required on the sales floor.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social/live‑stream commerce is preferred.

Education
