Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised customer service that aligns with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge, personalised styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert demand.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and support inventory cycles (receive, replenish, stock).
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards: visual merchandising, organisation, asset protection and compliance with retail policies and POS procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training programmes, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Adapt selling and service techniques to fluctuating traffic and business needs while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition capabilities (preferred).
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and manoeuvre in a busy retail environment.
  • Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail or premium fashion environments. Experience using mobile POS and clienteling systems and executing omni-channel sales is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework or retail-related training is an advantage.
