Coach in Tigard, OR seeks a part-time Sales Associate (Temporary) to deliver elevated luxury service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build durable client relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and drive repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Source and onboard new clients, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Maintain an organised, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom and adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop) and walkie-talkie use.
- Strong verbal English proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience or comfort in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success with clienteling and omnichannel selling are preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and social selling is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
