Coach Sales Associate role at Tianjin Shanshan Outlet Plaza. Full-time luxury retail position emphasizing client relationships, omni-channel selling, and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand service standards and the Coach Guide to Style
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video content) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; achieve or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain existing relationships, and proactively follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and fully stocked in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as needed to support store performance
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure in fast-paced retail conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Strong proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to interpret pricing and release documentation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and peak retail seasons
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred
- Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills preferred
