Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand style and service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion guidance
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to convert sales opportunities
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
  • Support inventory cycles including shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain professional composure in varied situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
  • Physical capability to regularly lift 25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.) and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or similar digital engagement platforms (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition experience (preferred)

Experience
