Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Thornton, Colorado — deliver luxury retail service and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front‑line brand ambassador, delivering Coach’s Guide to Style and Service and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge and ongoing clienteling.
  • Drive revenue through cross‑selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and meeting individual and store KPIs.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos).
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized and properly stocked.
  • Follow POS, asset protection and retail policies; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand trainings and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficient with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
  • Demonstrable clienteling, data‑acquisition and social media selling experience; live‑stream shopping or video demo experience is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of sales or retail experience is required; prior luxury retail exposure and demonstrable experience with clienteling, omni‑channel selling and social or live‑stream commerce are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or vocational training in fashion, retail or customer experience is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
