Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to Coach service and style standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture client data and promote repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs through cross‑selling and upselling.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive and replenish inventory, and support visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain an organized, safe sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Source and follow up with prospective clients to convert opportunities and grow the client base.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, assist teammates across functional tasks, and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release documentation.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency and comfort with social selling and video demonstrations.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience preferred. Experience using POS and mobile clienteling tools and familiarity with social-selling or live‑stream/video product demonstrations is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
