Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and facilitate omni‑channel transactions.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols.
- Support inventory cycles and stock management; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with preference for experience in live‑stream shopping, video demos, clienteling and data acquisition.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and safely maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail and who have demonstrable experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social media‑driven sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
