Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain long‑term client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and disciplined personal sales planning.
- Maintain high floor energy: assist multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to traffic patterns and support visual merchandising standards.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap operations, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and online order fulfilment.
- Uphold store organisation and asset protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and well stocked.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and training programmes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and clienteling/data acquisition skills are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion‑related training or certifications advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Texas City, Texas, USA, with easy access to Houston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
