Coach in Texas City, TX is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and omnichannel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and short‑form video to capture customer data and drive conversion.
  • Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments and replenish stock.
  • Maintain visual standards and store presentation; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously and assist teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and store-wide projects; accept feedback and demonstrate professional, calm conduct.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); experience with clienteling and data capture.
  • Comfort with social‑commerce formats — social selling, short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos — is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling and maneuvering in a retail environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Compensation
