Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised shopping experiences consistent with Coach service and style standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups); maintain accurate cash handling and POS procedures.
- Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert digital engagement to in‑store sales.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation, visual merchandising and asset protection compliance.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; provide and receive feedback professionally to foster team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience using POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable with iPad/laptop workflows and basic retail IT.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel) in a retail environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and familiarity with omnichannel clienteling and social video selling are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer‑service training preferred.

Compensation
