Coach Sales Associate (Temporary, Part‑time)
Coach seeks a part‑time Temporary Sales Associate in Overland Park, Kansas — deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling at the Oak Park store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap procedures and follow POS and asset protection policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, organise stockroom, and assist with inventory counts and product movement.
- Maintain visual merchandising and sales-floor standards; keep the floor and stockroom clean, organised and appropriately stocked.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, assist across functional areas as required, and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS systems and walkie‑talkies.
- Familiarity with clienteling, social selling and live‑stream/short‑form video demonstrations is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury‑brand retail experience and demonstrable omni‑channel selling or clienteling experience preferred. Experience with social media commerce, live‑stream selling or video product demos is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
