Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences and adhering to brand style and service standards.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling: mobile POS transactions, online order pickups, returns/exchanges and data capture for clienteling.
  • Use social selling and short‑form video to engage customers and support the store’s acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and personalized recommendations.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team performance by collaborating across functional areas and participating in brand trainings and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile device usage (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Comfort with social selling, live‑stream or video demos and clienteling/data capture (preferred).

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling and social commerce are preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
