Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through consultative styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Perform day‑to‑day store operations: process transactions, manage returns/exchanges/online pickups, operate cash wrap, and adhere to asset protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, replenishment, stockroom organization and inventory counts.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and a high‑energy sales floor, adapting selling approach to business needs and multiple simultaneous customers.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices; comfortable with basic computer tasks and reading price/release sheets.
  • Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
