Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through consultative styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Perform day‑to‑day store operations: process transactions, manage returns/exchanges/online pickups, operate cash wrap, and adhere to asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, replenishment, stockroom organization and inventory counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a high‑energy sales floor, adapting selling approach to business needs and multiple simultaneous customers.
- Contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices; comfortable with basic computer tasks and reading price/release sheets.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail, clienteling, and omnichannel selling experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and comfort using mobile POS and digital selling tools is expected.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
